Does paying AOS (Affidavit of Support) fee fulfill 'sought to acquire within 1-year' condition for CSPA?
My friend's PD got current in 2006 but she only paid AOS fee that time and didn't continue the process until now.
She was 12 years old that time. She is a derivative beneficiary under F4 category. Does she qualify for immigration now?
Her interview has been scheduled for the next month.
