Anyone's P3 created in JULY ???

Has anyone recd. their P3 which was created in July ?

I called the VSC and the operator said that that my P3 was created on July 15th - I still hae not recd. it, Has anyone else heard that their P3 was created and have recd. it ?

What was the time lag from P3 create date and recd. date ??

My P3 would have been created on July 15th as when I called NVC they told that it will be sent within 3-4weeks from that date. Just now I got mail from my agent that she received it on July 31st.

Did u get such letters and what are those forms?

Sorry ,I am not sure of the document which NVC has mentioned. But in my case NVC told that they will send agent choice letter but they send packet3 directly. Better contact NVC operator and ask about your problem

Thanks for the info. So NVC didnt send any form after I-140 got cleared, directly Packet3.

My letter also said,"If not already completed , please complete the form and return it to the NVC. You may then contact the INS for instructions on adjustment to permanent resident status"

What is this adjustment of status? Did ur letter say anything like this?

Hello,
In fact I did'nt receive any letter from NVC .May be they send it to my lawyer and he completed it. Any way better call NVC and find out what is the matter as they are very nice to deal with

Thanks for the info. I spoke to NVC, yes they are nice !
The form is about asking confirmation about which option I want to go for AOS or CP. They said they missed out so asked me to fax a letter. I did !
