Montreal Consulate

My appointment indicated NVC has my jurisdiction as Montreal.
I live in the west coast, is there a way to ask NVC move my case to Vancouver BC?
Anyone with this experience, i appreciate your feedback and response.

I think all the Immigration cases are processed in MTL embassy.
