hi all,
just want to know which section to use on the visa bulletin if your priority date is before the cut off date then your case can continue with processing. is it application final action dates or Dates for filing family sponsored visa application? my mom sponsored my brother/sister married F3 and their priority date is 8/20/2007 so we probably have another year until NVC continues with the case but was wondering on the oct 2018 visa bulletin which date do i look at the F3-all other country 6/15/2006 or 1/8/2007?
