I-134 Question for CP process

I could appreciate if some one could post your comments on the following questions.

1. In I-134(Affidavit of Support form) in section three I will be filling my spouse and kid information.
Correct me if I am wrong on the above.

2. For the section 9, should I fill my mother information? since I filed an affidavit of support for her for visitor visa when she came here(US).

3. In section 10 what information should I fill although my wife also attends the CP Interveiw.

Re-I134

1. In section 3, you put name of your wife and then mention the name of kids below
2. In section 9, you put yr mothers name.
3. In section 10, you do not put anything

And i saw yr other posting of IRS tax returns and whatever you have received is okay.
