NVC Update after P3 Process

Hi

Once the NVC has done the P3 review and fowarding the case to the corresponding counslate did we get a letter from NVC stating that the process has been completed by NVC and the case is forwarded to consulate. Can some one please post your experience on this. Thanks

I did not receive one (CP Montreal). I had to call to get that info.

Has your lawyer supposed to be notifying you on that? Should we call NVC by ourselves to get that information?

Also NVC told me not call them till 90 days after the receipt of I140, is it true?

The original poster was talking about *after* the P3 is mailed to NVC. The I140 stage is way before that.

Today I got an update from my lawyer stating that she got a correspondence stating that NVC has fowarded the case to the consulate.
