Enter USA alone or with family, any difference?

I am in the process of filling the Form DS-230 part 1.

I need a clarification for these questions.

21a. Person(s) who will accompany you to the United States now.
21b. Person(s) who will follow you to the United States at a later date.

My current plan is to come the US alone.. then my family (wife and daughter) later.
So, I want to fill the form accordingly.

But I am not sure.. and we may end up coming all together. Will there be any problem if we do so?

How much later are they coming? If it's only 1 month, put everybody in 21a and do your interview at the same time. If it's more than 6 months, you will have to delay *their* interview because the visa is only good for 6 months.
