Hi,
We are at the stage of consular processing for my parents and we have one issue that for my mother DOB in birth certificate is 3rd January and all other documents passport/school leaving/domicile documents has correct date of 4th January. We went to Municipality to get the date changed but they are denying to change the date in birth certificate. Does anyone had the same issue? What actions did you take? We have made an affidavit from my mother's older sister stating that her birth was 4th Jan and she was present at her birth and hospital/municipality has wrong date. Would this work with additional supporting documents?
