Our priority date ( EB1A) is Aug, 2016. We completed our interview in Guangzhou in Feb 2018 and been conducted the administrative processing. The Consulate ever noticed us to return passports and photos in March 2018. However, we were informed that the visa numbers ran out a week later.
The cut-off date for EB1 CHINA and INDIA is SEP-01-2016 in DEC 2018. Our case has been current for nearly three weeks. But we have not received any notice from the Consulate. We inquired the Consulate the status of our case, and got the answer "your case is currently under review. Once the review has been completed, we will notify you of the next steps".
Anyone knows how long the current review will take?
