Does anyone know how to reach out to an operator at NVC in Portsmouth, NH ?? Is there a seperate number ??
I called 603-334-0700 and entered in my EAC# from INS, and got the automated update on my case. It does not allow any option to reach the Operator for more info.
Pressing '0' gives you a message of invalid option or disconnects you.
Any assistance is appreciated.
