Immigration Visa Denied for my Spouse, Case Returned to NVC
Hi,
My wife's immigration visa was denied by US Consular (Mumbai) under the section of 221(g) on November 5 and Case is returned to NVC on November 12. As of today, status still shows "returned to NVC". We did simplified form of marriage in India and Indian government issued us a marriage certificate but US consular believed that we lack complete rituals evidence and denied the visa. Should I wait for NOIR or file a completely new form i-130? How long it will take after my old case returned to NVC (2 months and still no change in status)? Any advice will be helpful. Thanks
