I have CP interview Next Month in India.
My company got merged with another company after I sent my P3 to NVC. Its a "Successor-in-Interest" type of merger.
Nothing changed with respect to my job, location, salary etc.
Can I attend the interview with all the merger related documents and employment letter from the new company.
New company has filed for a amended 140 this week. It will take another 2-5 months to get the approval. Do I have to wait for that ?
Any expert opinion will be highly appreciated.
