Hello. Due to scheduling conflicts my husband cannot accompany me to the CP interview in Mumbai. Application was through my employer.

Does any body know how long will it take for my husband to get his GC through CP.

Has any couple had to break their combined interview into two separate ones like us?

Any direction on this would be greatly appreciated.

As a general rule they will interview you together. If he can't make it then the interview will be rescheduled so that you go together.

The only exception would be if you married after your Visa was issued and applied for his before returning to the US but this is not the case here.

Whatever he is doing I would advise him to cancel and be at that interview. The delay could be several months if you attempt to reschedule.
