Green Card Cancellation

Hello,

My GC is being sponsored by a company that I plan to join in 2 months . I am still at the I-140 stage of my GC processinf and I wish to proceed with CP after my I-140 has been approved.I also plan to work for this company for about 3 -4 months after my CP has been approved. My question is whether this company can cancel my Green Card if I quit them 3 - 4 months after approval.

They cannot cancel it.
However, planning now to leave them can make your GC revokable.
If you mention this fact to anyone and that fact will become known to INS, maybe by your manager or co-worker, then INS can claim you committed fraud and take away your GC.

When you are in the process of getting a GC you need to have the intention to work for your sponsor indefinitely.
