Greetings,
I am planning to get married in India in the next 4-5 months. My I-140 has been approved. My Packet 3 has not been filed yet with the mumbai consulate. Should I delay filing my packet 3 till I get married (a delay of 5 months) or am I able to file packet 3 now and register my spouse's name later (when I myself know her name!) when I get the interview call? This can save me a delay of 5 months in processing time.
