I just filed I-140 and I specified CP in I-140. So can I do Atterney Certified I -140 (AC I-140)? I am from China and as far as I know, Guangzhou accepts AC I-140. Thanks.

According to my latest findout, here are the requirements for AC I-140.
1. Your consulate must accept AC I-140
2. When you file I-140, you must indicate that you want to
do AOS and your I-140 is approved with AOS
3. You file I-824 to change AOS to CP, then you can do
AC I-140
