Current Salary Less than mentioned in 140/LC

Hi Guru's,
Anyone in the condition where the salary mentioned on the I-140 and labour certification is more than the current salary. Actually salary was same as it was mentioned in the LC, due to economic conditions salary reduced. How will it affect the CP and what are the possible solutions to this.

Dont worry. Make Emp. Verif. Letter properly.

GC is for future employment.

so, in your EVF(Emp. Verif. Letter), Make your HR person to write that. You will have LC(Labor certificate mentioned) salalry, Fulltime, Permanent job once, application get approved. that will work.

In my case also, current salary is less, and it was never same as LC mentioned salary in past.

So you means if the Employment verification letter says the same then its fine.
