Visitor Visa - while CP in process

Hi

I planned to bring my parents to U.S. and right now I am in the mid stage of cp. Can I sponsor my parents for visitor visa. Can some one who had done this could you please post your information on this. Thanks

Visitor visa for parents

You do not need a GC to sponsor visitor's visa for parents. I sponsored my parents when I was on H1. Send a copy of your approved H1 petition and a copy of the page of your passport with the visa stamp, if you have it. You will also have to send proof of employment (including salary) and financial (bank etc.) statements to show that you can support your parenst during their visit.
