My company recently bought over by a different company and my lawyer asked to send the documents like internal news release that talks about bought over and also asked me to get a letter from the employer that tells about the bought over. Could anybody please tell me how or where I could get the format of the letter and immihelp it's nice to have a section on "Mergers and acquisitions". Thanks in advance.
