Question regarding 134

Hi,
Have some questions -
i) Is monthly statement from bank and brokerage comapnies are sufficient?
ii) How do I notarize it?

My situation is, I am in India for last 5 months and my interview date is 24th June at Delhi.

Include all your funds/Stocks/401K and property in US and it should be notarized in US only.
Since you are in India and can't get it notarized, you can still sign it in front of the consular officer by producing all the documentary ecidence thereof.

Thanks for the reply. So I can sign it in front of the consular officer. I am not sure about documentary proof. Is monthly statement from bank, brokerage account and 401k sufficient or do I need a letter from those firms stating details about the account? I134 instructions seem to suggest later course of action. If that is so, does anyone know how can I get those documents?
