Wife pregnant, Can the baby be added to CP?

My wife is pregnant. Want to explore my options.

If the baby happens to be born in Canada, will it cause any delay? Can it be added to my CP process later on.

Or should I have the delivery done in US?

BTW, my I140 has been applied for -waiting for approval.
