How long it takes to get PCC from Indian consulte in Chicago?
It is valid for 1 year?

How long it take to get the PCC from local police stattion or Passport office? What is the validity on that? (I will be attending the interview in Mumbai)

How long PPC TAKE?

I can answer for the first question regarding getting the PPC in chicago. Normaly once you send the application form they will send the documents to the corresponding passport office for clearence. Normally they will wait for the reply for 35 days. In the meantime they will keepon faxing the documents to passport office for three times.If they not heard anything from India then they will issue you a PCC.
