DS230 -Urgent Question - pl. help

After my CP interview, my wife is planning to return 10 days before me. I am the primary applicant in the process. I found one article here which says that primary applicant has to enter first. If anybody is aware of this rule, can they reconfirm pl, as I am about to finalize my trip to India today

Yes, primary applicant has to return first.
It will be written on the immigrant visa of your wife (at the top of the page) that will say that.
