Labor Certification salary and pay stuff should match
Not Legal Advice:
There are lots of other posts regarding this issue, but OK one again....
You Employment based Green Card has nothing, repeat NOTHING, to do with your current employment. Who you work for, where you work, salary etc.. of your current job are all IRRELEVANT.
Your GC is applied for on the basis of the job described in the Labor Certification. A job that will only be available to you when you are granted permanent residence (and NOT before).
Your employment letter from you sponsoring employer needs to state that the job described in the approved I-140 and Labor Cert is available to you "immediately upon your being granted permenant residence in the United States". You employment letter does not have to mention your current employment at all.

Mention Fuilltime, permanent job in EVF.
Well, EVF(Emp. verif. Letter) is to show you are working in USA and not burden on US govt, once you come back to USa with your dependents.
but, still, I would like to mention in EVF. "Once on approval, salary mentioned in LC will be given and it will be fulltime permanent job.".
So, it will solve both purpuse. (Current Employment verification and future job surity)
