    AC-140

    Hi Guru's
    I have been waiting for my I-140 to be sent to NVC for the last almost three months but feeling very disappointed. Could someone suggest me if I could go for Attorney Certified 140. Or I should wait for the NVC to send me Packet 3 and go with that??? Administrator please respond to this..

      Its New Delhi. My case has reached NVC now. So looks things are moving.
