Is it required to mention future salary(LC salary) in EVL ?

I have CP interview at Mumbai in June.

My company is giving me Employee Verification Letter on Company's letter head, saying that 'current salary is $67000'. But not mentioning that, in future, after approval of greencard, we will pay $72000(mentioned in labor certificate). Is it okay ???

Is it required to mentioned future salary(LC salary) in Employee verification Letter ??

You need to get an employment letter to show at the interview. Take one copy for yourself and one copy for each of your dependents. Some consulates don't accept I-134 for supporting your dependents. Employment letter should
Reaffirm that the job offered in the approved preference petition is still open and available to you as soon as you immigrate.
Confirm the current salary, not the labor certificate salary.
Give a description of the job offered to the alien and explanation of skills which qualify the alien for the position.
Indicate start date, job title
This letter must be notarized in US with a notary public.

The EVL should mention the salary that the company intends

to pay you when u join them after CP ....

It need not be equivalent to the LC as market conditions may have changed since ur labor was filed .... it should atleast be the prevailing wages !!!

But obviously its better to be the same as LC or close to it as one definitely feels secure ...

What does ur lawyer say ??
