After I-140 how long it takes to get Packet3

My I-140 got approved on Feb 20. Any idears when I can expect to receive my Packet 3.

Hi,
I am also in the same boat. My I-140 was approved in Feb and waiting for packet 3. Even after one month I hear from NVC that they have not yet received the approval notice from INS.

Mine was received by NVC on Mar 11th but they say it may take another 3-4 weeks to show up in the system . And only after that I will receive the Packet3.

I don't know , it seems like it's taking way long that it used to.

Any Ideas when I will get Packet 3.

My I -140 got approved on Feb 20th. First time I checked they told me they received it on Mar 11th, then next time I checked they said Mar 13th..
Today I checked the status of my case and the operator told me it's received today and they gave me a NWD no,
and told me it will take 6-8 weeks.

What's going on , when I will receive Packet 3.

Yes,

I did get it two weeks back and I am sending it back sometime this week . My attorney issists that I need PCC while I called NVC they say they don't need it and I need it only at the time of interview. Any ideas who is right.

No documets are required.
U just need to fill DS 230 for each applicant & the filling fees.
