Your expert advice needed again. I worked for company A , labor approved laid off. I am trying to convince them to continue my GC thru CP. Question 1: Is this legal ? Will my GC be approved ? 'cause I was working for them , laid off and technically want to join them again.
Now, my present employer wants to file for my GC as well.
Question 2 : Can I have 2 GC applications in the pipeline at the same time ?? What happens if both I-140's get approved ?
I know this sounds a bit complicated but I am in this really messy situation. Please HELP !!!!!
