renewal of tatkal passport

hello,

I had my tatkal passport from india in 2002.its expiry is on jan 2007.i don't know which form should i fill up to extend my passport.is my passport considered short validity passport? in that case i can fill that form and if thats not the case then i will have to fill out the form for renewal after 10 yrs.

please help.
