Hi, I got my I-140 approved on Feb 19, 2002 and still can't find info from the NVC if they have received my case. Anybody whose case approved in that timeline from California Service Center and got packet 3. Everytime I hear from NVC give us about 90 days after INS has approved I-140. Is that true??? So is it a matter of worry or its the normal time these guys take for this process.

Pkt 3 from NVC
Same thing happened to me. I got 824 approval in Feb.
I called NVC number of times and they told me the same thing.
Later I found that CSC didn't send my forms to NVC.
2 weeks ago I called CSC and explained the problem.
Now my case is at NVC.

It seems California is very slow sending papers to NVC. Lets hope things get better, which does not look like.
Anyway wait and watch thats what we can do.Comment
