Does anyone know when the interview dates for May could be out? Did anyone get it already? I am having hardtime reaching chennai consulate by phone? Any shortcut idea, to reach them other than by email?

They post the interview dates on their site between 10th and 15th of every month. So wait till 10th atleast. -
I never had a problem reaching them via phone - max 3 tries i got them - They were very proffesional and courteous for a consular officer. (Usual tendency is like i am not the vice consul but the viceroy for india).
Patience is the virtue :0 - I am thinkig we will get june interview - May be in May - if you are lucky ...
I plan to call them only around 10th.Comment

looks like I missed the bus for May
I received a mail from chennai consulate
"Please check with us in the 3rd week of may," so that implies that my interview date will not be in May and might be in June only.
I guess, it would be so for PoppyfromChicago also.Comment

well - we all missed it for May and June ....
Normally the dates get posted on the 10th of every month for the next month.
If u send in feb u get in april/may ....
we send in april ... so ....Comment

I called today - I was advised that the probable dates for the interview will be June, but they will be scheduling the dates only after May 15th....

Yeah, I got it in May. Mine is 22nnd May.
My pkt 3 reached to Bombay consulate on 18th March.Comment

Interview dates !
Looks like folks who live in USA will not get their interview dates in the first two weeks of the month. If i look at *********.com, most of the folks interview dates are after 10th of every month.
Is it a good trend to plan for booking the ticket. I am expecting my interview in June and need help on predicting the possible time frame within June.Comment

My assumption looks like is good
"all employment based immigrant interviews are scheduled only in the second half of the month"
So for all E1,E2,E3 categories, interview dates fall after the 15 of the every month only. This should help in folks to book tickets. I am basing my assumption off of the last six months data and is 99% accurate.Comment

I see cases with case numbers greater than mine for may ... but not my case
