No. The INS have your I-140. The Consulate know that it has been approved (otherwise you wouldn't have an appointmemt). You should take the approval notice (I-797) but you almost certainly wont need it.

No, not necessary. They have your original I-140. Though most of us who have access to original I-140 do take it.

I was told by first interviewer (actually document collector) to carry only those documents have been tick marked in your OF260. Again this not a legal advice , but a personal experience.

My attorney told me the same thing. Extra documents cause trouble.
