AC-I140 Questions

Dear Administrator,

I read about AC-I140 on your site and have a few questions regarding the process.
1. I mentioned CP on my I140, can I still do AC-140 ?
2. Can it save me some time as compared to the regular Consular Process ?
3. Do I still have to apply for I-824 ? (I opted for Delhi consulate.)
4. My company uses in house people to file for green cards, no attorney. In other words my company filed for my I140 directly. How can I do AC-140 ? Do I get my 140 certified from some attorney and send it to consulate or is this option not available for me at all.
