spouse processing of green card
Hi,
My husband has gotten his first stage of green card cleared and now he has to apply for the next stage. He'll either apply through CP or inside usa but I am also going to apply for my residency (medical graduation)next year and I will be applying for H1B visa.My question is that if my husband put my name in green card processin and apply for my green card simultaneously in his application then can I still work on H1B visa and do my residency in usa next year... please guide me...
