    What happens after packet 3 is sent in AC140

    My lawyer forwarded all documents to mumbai consulate for AC140 and they reached by FedEx on Apr 1. I would like to know what will happen next? Does consulate open case number for you and contact your lawyer at email or by physical mail? And then there is background check and packet 4 and so on? Can anybody tell me about it in some details?
