Please share the experience... as we move forward


I-140 Approval date: 26 Feb 2002
case FWD to NVC : 4th Mar 2002
INS center : TSC
CP Consulate : Chennai

Documents collected :-
1) Birth Certificates for my & my spouse
2) Marriage certificates
3) Police Clearance Certificates (pending...)
4) Medical Vaccination History (don't have this)

Applied PCC at Indian consulate at Houston on March 06 2002. Still waiting for the approval.

What form needs to be filled to get PCC

Hello,
My case is also at NVC and I was wondering What form needs to be filled to get PCC, is it mandatory.

Can you please explain this.

iam in dallas, applied PCC to CGI Houston (indian embassay). the website for CGI houston is www.www.cgihouston.org

you need to download the miscellaneous form to apply for PCC... www.www.cgihouston.org/miscell.html
This will cost you 11$, Cashiers Cheq.


Call CGI Houston, they are very helpful... Hope this Helps...

i don't know how PCC is valid, but you can send an email to chennia consulate.... [email protected]
they take 1 day to respond... but they always respond your enquiries.
