NVC review after 02/22/02

is there anybody whose p3 has been reached at nvc after 02/22/02 has reviewed already.
Mine reached on 02/25/02 but still its pending.
same 6-8 weeks story...
My consulate is bombay.
Pls confirm.

Mine got reviwed

Hi,

NVC asked me to send the copies (certified) which were sent on Feb 20. As per NVC system, this packet was received on March 10. Today( March 25), I was told that my case is being forward to next stage. I guess it must have been reviwed sometime last week as NVC system does not seem to work in real time .

I was told that visa # will be requested next month and interview could be in June.

My packet 3 reached NVC on 02/19/02, when I called in today
at around 11:30 (03/25/02 ), I was told the review was completed today! ( Pretty amazing and hard to believe their systems are higly integrated and real time updation of status for the operator to know immediately). And i was also told it would take 2-3 weeks to dispatch it to the consulate ( Madras).

Today I got the official letter from NVC saying my review was completed on 03/15/2002 and they already sent my case to Bombay Consulate.

Also in letter they specifically mentioned to present financial support document (3 years tax filing etc) at the time of interview.

Is it normal to receive such a letter, or is it consulate-specific? My review was completed 3 weeks ago (Montreal consulate) and I never received such a letter.

Yeah, it is normal to get this letter. Actually NVC is suppose to give you (or your atterney) the status of your case before sending it to consulate. Check with your attorney.

My Pkt3 sent to consulate - what about others mumbai cpers

I talked to NVC operator today she told me that my case has been despatched to Mumbai on 26th of March.
FYI my review was done on 22nd of Feb.
Any idea about the interview date experts?
