I140 approved under AOS, and want Consular Processing.
On I824 Part 2. "Application Type", part B what should be specified:
A) National Visa Center
B) Specific Consulate abroad i.e. Mumbai or Cd Juarez
C) Both NVC and Specific Consulate
If INS receives the application, and ONLY the Consulate name is written will they usually send the application to the NVC? or will they send it directly to the US Consulate abroad even if the applicant's Status has NOT been adjusted and only the I140 has been approved?
