packet3 -> NVC on March

I have sent my packet 3 to NVC on March 4th.
They have not yet entered it in their system.

It takes more than 10 days before information is entered

Hi,

I called NVC and rep told me that it takes about 10 days to enter information in the system.
And i tried calling NVC office in off hrs to see if automated system has any new information about my case, but it never gave me any information. My packet was mailed out on Feb 20 and was received in the system on March 08.

I FedExed a package to NVC. It reached their on March 4th. It has been 19 days or 15 working days. They have not entered it in their computer system yet.

Has anyone mailed docs to NVC in March?
What is the result?
