What happens after Packet 3 is sent ?

My packet 3 reached Mumbai consulate on Feb 19. Do they review the case before giving the appointment date or everybody pretty much gets an appointment date ?

U should expect a date for april, I would say. They do not do anything much...pack ur bags !
