Packet 4 not recived

Hi,
I have not yet received my packet 4. I called the consulate they asked me to download from the website.In immhelp.com I saw that we also require IRS 9003 form.
I am not sure if we require IRS 9003 form since my lawyer is telling we dont need this. He said they stopped asking for this form 3 months ago.
Please any body tell me if it is required

Which consulate? Every consulate has different requirements. I would fill out the form and bring it. It takes five minutes.

take the IRS form along with u

...it's not that heavy and u do not have to fill anything . it asks you for very minimal info. just carry the form along with u.
