Hello,

I got my I-140 approved last week and at the time of filing my lawyer had put New Delhi as consulate since I opted to go in for Consular Processing. I am not wondering if there is a way I can either go to Canada or Mexico for the same instead for going in to New Delhi.

Any Consular Gurus have suggestions as to what place would be more safe.

Hi Samin123,

I suppose you are done with your processing.

My Company's immigration dept has a copy of the amended I140 petition which hardly took anytime. I think my case is the same as yours. Did you show your amended I140 at the time of interview or did u send it to them before hand? What were the questions asked? What other proof did u carry?
