What number to call for Plastic Card

I entered through SFO on Feb 09, 02, after a successful CP.
Could anyone pl. tell me what number I should call to check the status of my card?

What number to call for Plastic Card

SF Airport Comes Under the California Service Centre.

If it doesn't show after 10 months. Then go to INS office and File I90. However the CSC is taking roughly 1 - 3 months at the moment.
