Have you received your Packet 4 for March Interview?

Has anyone received the packet 4 for March interviews. My wife has her interview on 22nd March and the consulate said that they will mail the packet 4 on 10th of Feb to local Indian address. We have not recieved anything yet.

Our interview is in March, we received the packet 4 at Chennai address around 18th or 19th Feb.

Mailed my wifes' docs to Chennai

I got my CP done on 21st Dec 2001.
I mailed my wifes' docs on 26th dec. Got her interview on 22nd March. But the P4 has not yet arrived. Thats the concern.
