Priority date or 3 months after I-140 approval date ?

In my I-140 I have requested for Consular Processing , If my I-140 gets approved what will be the time period between I-140 approval date and my consular processing interview date ?


Will the consular processing interview date be 3 months after I-140 approval date or the date of consular processing interview depends on the priority date ?
