Changing from I-485 to CP questions, please help..

Hi..
I had applied for I-485 & I switched to CP by applying I-824..
Now my I-824 has been approved & the voice mail says that packet-3
has been sent to my attorney.. Should NVC also send some info
to Chennai consluate for them to schedule my interview?

Can I just send in my Packet - 3 and will Chennai schedule the interview
or will they wait for some info from NVC?..

Any one who has gone thru this process please comment

You should very carefully read instructions you received with P3 and follow them. Process is changing and you will have to follow the instructions sent to you by NVC.

Please post the instructions you received in P3 here.

PS, now that NVC got your case and sent you P3, you are through changing to CP. Now you are doing CP like others.

Well I changed from I-485 to CP to buy some time!!! my 485 was almost approved & was still single.. hence I wanted to buy some more time to find the right one to marry!! My I824 took around 6 months!! Usually it takes 1 month but in my case it took 6 months.. My centre was Nebraska
