I gote a note from the lawyer that MY packet3 has been filed with the NVC today and my BMB number is so and so.After the NVC performs a clerical review of the documents, they will then
forward the case to the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai

Now , what next? What about ST Louis(new procedure)?
