Hi,

I am married, and applied for 485. She is in India.
Could you please help me in following questions.

1. I did not add my spouse name in 485. Can I add my spouse to my 485 any time(before aproval).
2. Do I have to file new 485 for my spouse to apply separate.
3. She cannot come here becuase my H1 is expired and I am on EAD. Is it possible to process CP for her while I am on 485 here.

Pleae tell me the best way to get her here. CP or any other way.

Yes - provided she is in the US. You cannot adjust status if you are not in US.

File a new one for her and indicate that she is "following to join" you.

Maybe, maybe Not.

You must consult a knowledgable attorney. This is one of those murky areas where you need good legal advice. The sooner you do the better off you will both be. As soon as they approve your case your wife will be waiting at least 3 years to join you if you do nothing.
