Estimating when CP interview will be - MUMBAI

Hi All,
I have just gotten my I140 approved on Jan 29th.
Waiting for P3 to arrive.
But in the meanwhile, I was going to call some travel agents to check for deals to India.

Could someone who's been there tell me when I should expect my interview to happen.
So I can give the agent a tentative date.
I've seen something like 4 to 5 months (based on *********) but not sure anymore with new rule.
