need info about change of consulate request

hi,

My file has been at the nvc since may 2006 and nvc has assigned me consulate of mumbai becoz i have indian passport. however, i have requested change of consulate to montreal as i have canadian pr. however, its been 3 months already and nvc has not yet decided on the case. does anyone have any idea on how much time does nvc take to process such applications?

You just need to follow up with NVC. Timings vary all the time.
